Data collected

We collect only the data needed to deal with your enquiry:

• Booking form: name, email address, phone number, preferred dates, number of guests, message.
• Contact form: name, email address, subject and message.
• Technical data: IP address, pages viewed and browsing data, for security and audience measurement purposes.

Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your enquiry and drawing up a quote — performance of a contract or pre-contractual step.
• Managing the tenancy and invoicing — performance of the contract.
• Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse — legitimate interest.
• Measuring site audience — consent, via the cookie banner.

Retention period

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for 12 months. Data relating to completed stays is kept for the statutory accounting retention period, namely 10 years. Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of 13 months.

Recipients

Your data is neither sold nor transferred. It may be processed by our technical providers (host, email delivery service, audience measurement tool) acting as processors, in accordance with the GDPR.

Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise those rights, write to contact@locationdevillacorse.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
